Our most popular service! We digitally scan your boat, create custom templates, and expertly install SeaDek® for a perfect fit.
This full service option involves our technicians creating custom templates of the areas where the customer wants SeaDek® using high tech digital scanners. The digital templates are then imported into) CAD software. The templates are then manipulated by our CAD designers for near perfect fit and finish. At this stage, any patterns, graphics or logos the are created and added to the templates. The final template is exported to advanced CAD cut file and the parts are created on precision CNC machinery. Lastly, our technicians expertly install the finished SeaDek® on the customer’s boat for a completely custom look!
Many boat owners choose a “semi custom” route for their SeaDek® project. Create your own templates with our support.
With this semi-custom option, you’ll use Mylar Template Kits to create your own templates with our support. Then we’ll fabricate the parts and ship them for easy self-installation!
Once we receive the completed template from the customer, it is processed exactly as it would be in a “Full Custom” installation. After we fabricate the parts, we ship them to the owner who then self-installs his or her custom SeaDek® kit.
This is a popular option for our customers who are not in the vicinity of one of our installers.
Many boat owners are looking for a stock boat kit. No templates needed.
With this semi-custom option, you’ll choose the color and we’ll fabricate the parts from our stock kit measurements and ship them for easy self-installation!
This is a great option for boat owners who are happy with a fit is generally very good, though it may not be perfect.

We come to your location, digitally scan your boat, and create a custom template. After that, we will install your SeaDek flooring with a Guaranteed Fit.
No! Unlike other companies, you don’t have to worry about measurements. We handle everything from start to finish.
We have thousands of boats in our files which allows us to quickly and accurately estimate most boats, but we almost never use these previous templates to fabricate a new kit. There is just too much inconsistency in the way that boats are built and hardware often added after the fact. Our goal is a tight and accurate fit in every boat we make a deck for and that’s just not possible with “stock templates.”
Once your kit is ready the install is quick. Usually completed in just a few hours. Total project time varies between a few days to a few weeks from start to finish.
